Listings. Event information is collected from public sources and from organizers. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it. Confirm dates, times, prices and locations with the organizer before you rely on them. We are not the organizer of any event listed here unless stated.

Submissions. When you submit an event, you confirm you have the right to publish the details and any images you provide, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them, including through calendar feeds, newsletters and our API. We may edit, decline or remove submissions.

Calendar feeds and API. Feeds and the public API are provided for personal and non-commercial use and for attributed use by local media and tourism partners. Attribution ("via Monterey County Event Directory" with a link) is required for any republication. Automated access must respect rate limits.

Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability. The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or attendance at any listed event.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
