Check a date before you book

Pick a date or a range, the parts of the region you expect to draw from and the kind of crowd you want, and this page shows what is already scheduled for them, how crowded the days around your date are, and the quietest nearby dates. It is not a booking system; it is the conversation you would have with the other organizers in town if you could reach all of them at once.
