For organizers

If you run events for a chamber, a nonprofit, a city, a venue or a business in Monterey or Santa Cruz counties, your events are probably already listed here. Claiming them is free.

Claim your listing. Sign in, open your organization's page and choose Claim. We verify with an email at your organization's domain, a tag on your website or a quick manual review. Once verified, you can correct details, add photos, mark events cancelled or sold out, and see how many people viewed and saved each event.

Connect your calendar. Point us at your iCal feed, Google Calendar, Eventbrite organizer page, Meetup group, WordPress Events Calendar or chamber calendar and new events publish automatically within hours. Your calendar stays the source of truth; we never overwrite what you connect.

Plan around the region. Before you book a venue, use the planner to see what else is scheduled that week for the same audience, pick a quieter date, and set a watch that alerts you if something new lands on your date.

Promote. Featured placement on the home page, region and category pages and the weekly newsletter is available by the week; see advertise.

Push events from your own system. Developers can use the API or a CSV import, and any site can embed its own upcoming events with one line of HTML.
